Joel's third Christmas came at our house on Friday the 26th. We got back from our trip to Solon, unpacked, got into our PJs and opened presents, as our new small family. We gave Joel some big blocks, a piggy bank (which Barkley was afraid of), a Herkie stuffed animal (which Joel was afraid of), and a baby picture album. Christmas #3 was pretty uneventful, and didn't include any new people to meet, but it was so great to be able to celebrate Christmas and finally enjoy family time by ourselves.
